Old Kitchen with particle board cabinets and another leaky faucet, and out of date kitchen sink!
New oak cabinets, Stainless steel sink, and faucet, new counter tops LED under counter lights, and new celing fan!
Old primed windows, and hardboard siding. Poor grading caused rotting and allowed carpenter ants to infiltrate walls.
Changed grade, put Styrofoam on foundation covered with aluminum, white pvc trim board and fiber cement siding, and new windows. Wow looks like a new house!

This customer had purchased some used cherry flooring and started to install it and gave up. They also needed to widen the door way for wheel chair access.
I installed the used cherry flooring widened the door opening and installed a 3/0 reclaimed 6 panel oak door. No problem getting that wheel chair in there now, and what a great looking floor.
Customer wanted to me to remove old their old cabinets, and tile back splash!
New cabinets, vinyl back splash, and High definition formica counter tops.

This customer hired me to strip off this tar type of old linoleum flooring that was covering up he hardwood floors! It had to be done with a heat gun and a scrapper!
Look at what was underneath all that sticky tar!

This customer had some old counter tops, sink and garbage disposal the wanted removed. I replaced the tops with High definition tops from their local lumber yard with my contractor discount! I also cut a hole for their new sink, Installed new sink faucet, soap dispenser and drain assembly. Sure turned out nice!
Here is an Old Cedar deck that has seen its better days. I replaced the railings and Decking with Azek Decking and Composite rails. I had so raise up one end of the beam to level off the deck.
Whole Kitchen make over. Same cabinets new soffits, countertops, range hood, backsplash and floors. I also moved the refrigerator space and tore out walls and added a breakfast Island.
Old Tile was ugly, window above tub was left open too many times caused the wall under to rot away. I tore this one down to the bear studs and redid it all.
